Newcomers is a social organization whose purpose is to welcome women new to the community.

PLUMAS LAKE MOMS GROUP Marysville, CA

Our mission is to provide friendship, support, and a sense of community to the families who have moved to the Plumas Lake area. This group was formed in January 2005 for stay-at-home and working moms (with children of all ages) and is now more than 100 members strong and growing. We offer many events and activities for moms as well as kids. We hold monthly meetings on the last Monday of every month and these meetings are open to all current and prospective members. If you are considering joining the club or just want to find out what our Mom's Group is all about, please join us at our next meeting.

This is a place where Moms of all ages can come for support, resources and just an ear. We are a diverse group; all ethnic and religious backgrounds are welcome. All types of Mom's as well, Single Moms, Stay At home Moms, Working Moms, Work at Home Moms, you name it they are here. We strive to provide an environment where Moms can connect and socialize safely. We meet for playgroups and family activities and some Mom only activities. The Redding Newcomers Club is a non-profit women's social and recreational organization established to welcome newcomers to Redding. Whether you are just moving to Redding or have been a resident for quite awhile, come Join Us. We have Welcome Coffees, Monthly Meetings, and over 30 Activities for individuals and couples. The social activities help to acquaint members with the community and with each other to build lasting relationships.
