| A woman's club for all those in the West Cobb area, especially newcomers, but all are welcome. At one time we were the Welcome Wagon Club of West Cobb, so we have members who moved to this area from all over the country. Our general monthly meetings are held September thru May on the first Tuesday of the month. We have interest groups, bridge, stitching, canasta, movie, Bunco, book club which meet regualrly. We also have monthly luncheons, breakfasts and several treks to area spots during the year. We sponsor families at Christmas as our charity project. Generally, we hope to help women in this area of Cobb County feel welcome,make new friends, and have FUN! | ||

| We meet on Tuesdays and/or Fridays 9:30-11:30 and have kids that range from 0 (ok our youngest was 6 days) to 10 (once school gets out). We have a general meeting for about 30 minutes then break out into groups. Kids are alwasy welcome in groups or you can send them to the kids club for a nominal fee (these are split by age). We do field trips, recent ones include a dairy farm, strawberry picking, and the firestation. We also have mom only events like monthly book clubs, moms night out, and holiday parties. The biggest resource we offer is our member only listserv with several hundred moms on it. We are a great group of moms and hope you decide to join us for one meeting just to check it out. | ||

Our chapter is a non-profit support group for mothers & provides Meetings with topical discussion groups, Playgroups, Mom's Night Out, Couple's Nights, Family Outings, Mommy & Me Dinners, and various other family friendly activities & events. Feel free to attend a meeting. All moms are welcome. Children 6 months or under are welcome to attend as well. Come join other mothers for a strong sense of community and support.
